I've been having trouble with this company non stop. Huge pain in the ass, their cancellation is ridiculous. When I was younger I order proactiv for my little brother and myself. Canceled it on my name. So I'm not complaining about that. However Around May my father decided to order proactiv for my little brother. I been calling to cancel the order, when I received the banks statement they charged him 3 times for the month of September and we haven't received anything at all. Not even and empty box!!!! All I want is to cancel and for them to STOP Charging my dad for stuff we don't even receive!!!! I would suggest that for all the new Proactiv solution customers to do is to cancel or at least try like how am doing and once they cancel it which might takes months to call the bank and block the company proactive solution.
