I wish I had read these reviews before I signed up for their service on their website. I had the same issue with unauthorized shipments-- not automatic shipments, unauthorized!! Their system must be built to ignore the frequency you select and adjust it so they send you the larger-sized expensive kits once a month! Because I had set mine to 16 weeks and they sent me one after 4 weeks and I complained and then got another one 2 weeks later. After paying for a kit that I did not order I had to also pay a bill for a kit that I had already paid for once. Calling customer service to try to resolve this issue resulted in a RUDE RUDE RUDE man talking over me to the point he was practically yelling. NEVER give Proactiv your credit card or Paypal information-- buy it on EBAY!!
