I am appalled by the customer service I received today. I received a letter from a collections agency today telling me that I owe $45. I was told by the company that there is nothing they can do because they sent me a package and I was responsible to pay for it. Not only did I not receive the shipment, but I cancelled my membership well over a year ago! I spoke to 3 different people and every one of them sounded like they were reading off of a script and no one seemed to care about what I was saying. After reading through other customer's complaints, I am getting the feeling this may be a pattern behavior for this company. I was even given a hard time when I asked for a supervisor. I am very sickened by the lack of common sense of the customer service representatives and that I have to deal with their mistakes in the first place.
