i needed my smartphone repaired because i chronically drop it on the pavement when getting out of my car. Anyway I went to my carrier Verizon Wireless and they told me there really was nothing they could do unless i wanted to pay full price for a new phone. They said physical damage is not covered under any warranty protection.
I went across the street to Payless Cellular Fantasy. I was greeted by a nice gentlemen and upon me telling my problem he walked me to a Repair Center counter. There a lovely young woman assisted me and told me i could stop back in a few hours to pick up my phone. A few hours later my phone looked brand new again. All the outside parts had been replaced....even the LCD! I had to pay for this service of course, but it was reasonable and I feel like I have a brand new phone, so i feel it was well worth it.
All and all my experience was a good one. Simple, easy, and fast repair service at a reasonable price.
I would recommend anyone with a damaged phone to see the team at Payless Cellular Fantasy.
