My friends and I have had nothing but fun at this location!
The instructors are great and full of personality...they motivate me!!
It is a small business and very personal without all the pressure of a gym.
I had to have surgery and they were very willing to help so that I was able to pause my membership so I didn't lose time. I would definitely recommend this workout!
