I enjoyed the classes and instructors. It was a good workout program. My disappointment was with the customer service. Cancelling membership was too difficult. You can't contact anyone by phone or email and no one is ever at the front desk for support. After 4 months of trying to cancel, I have lost out on quite a bit of money. I am still dealing with reimbursement and cancellation. There are "no contracts" but they don't reimburse you for not attending. The awful customer service is enough to make me never return.
