Highly recommended!!! When my husband and I received a solicitation letter from Crosspoint, I must admit we were a little skeptical, however, I made the phone call and Ted was very personable and professional, explaining the process and making it sound all very simple. AND IT WAS. He kept in contact via email and even a few phone calls to assure us that things were running smoothly.
