Unethical business practices. Check for yourself by searching Google under any of these; fraud, Cellular Blowout; fraud, David Bleeden; or fraud, Wildcat Communications. All are owned by David Bleeden, CEO. I bought my wife a christmas present of a cell phone. She did not want it so the box was never opened. Their website said I needed to phone for a RMA number to return it. Tried that. Phoned for several days during their stated working hours. Never was there anyone who would answer that phone. I left messages explaining the situation and asking for a callback with an RMA number. Finally after several days of this without a callback, I decided that since they won't anwer their phone, my only chance at a refund would be to just send it back. I did so. Then, 13 days after my initial message, I received a call back. I explained the situation and told her that the package should arrive in the next day or two. She knew that but when the package arrived, they refused it because it had no RMA number. The number I was unable to get because they didn't answer they phones. Horrible business practices.
