I am really disappointed with the service that I got from Cellular Blow. I managed to order a phone from them. After I placed the order, I searched the phone. The phone apparently was advertised in the asian world. I wrote to them to put the order on hold and to investigate the phone. I also called them and left a message, but no one ever responded to me. I did although receive confirmation that the order was shipped, but to response to my other emails.
When I got the phone, the settings were in Chinese. I wrote to them again, I haven't received a response from them. that is when I went into the BBB and saw all of these complaints. I did manage to call Samsung Directly and they were able to help me with the settings from Chinese to English.
I will never order from them again, and I hope the BBB can do something about the company.
