DO NOT TRUST CELLULAR BLOWOUT
On May 6 I ordered and paid by Visa, anticipating it would arrive prior to my departure for Europe on May 18. When it didn't arrive within the advertised delivery time I called and left a message. Someone actually called me back and told me the phone was on back-order and could not possibly arrive in time. She told me my Visa payment would be reversed but it was not. I keep leaving messages but so far none of my calls have been returned. For excellent and honest service I recommend Cellular Abroad.
