I see from other complaints that they have been scamming people now for some time. We ordered a cell phone from them in Feb. 2010 and nearly 7 mo later no phone and they have are "still" working on our refund. I email them at least 2X a week and will continue to do so as long as I am still breathing. Keeps Kelsey busy. I have also notified Motorola as they were putting the blame on them with stocking issues but of course I am sure they have not paid their bill to Motorola as well. This company needs to be shut down before taking any more money from people. There are many Blogs on line with people sharing the same issues. Unless you just like giving your money away do not deal with this company.
