I ordered a charger from them for my camera because it was the best price I could find. Then a day or so later I received an email saying there was a problem with my order. When I called, they said it was on back order for weeks. They had another product they could send out right away. I said OK. They said it would cost $15 more. I was disappointed, but I needed the charger, so I said OK. After I hung up, I began to think that maybe this was a way to increase my order, so I checked the BBB rating and saw they rated the company F. I called them back to cancel it (within 3 minutes) and they said it was impossible to stop the order. They said I could return it after I received it and then I would get a credit in a few weeks.
Several minutes later, I called them back to give them a piece of my mind and they said the order had been cancelled.
I ordered it from another reputable company and received it in a few days.
I issued a complaint with the BBB and they have been very helpful, including telling me about this website so that I might be able to share my review more throughly and warn others against this company.
I would like to think that it was just an honest attempt of Accessorycircuit.com to fulfill an order, but the way it went down, I doubt it; not to mention that the BBB rates them F.
