Seller does not provide delivery confirmation or tracking numbers on packages shipped as "Standard" shipping. Seller claims it is not benficial to the customer, which is not true. Seller did refund the money-but if i wanted them to just hold my money and return it, i wouldn't have ordered. Just provide tracking and you may see you company do better. Not to mention the "F" rating you already have on BBB.
