Are there any other gold dealers besides Superior Gold Group, LLC that take as much as three years to deliver precious metals?

I would like to know if there are other gold dealers besides Superior Gold Group, LLC reporting to take up to as much as three years to deliver precious metals? IF so how do you get around the Federal Trade Commission 30 day delivery rule?

BTW the rule can be found on the FTC web-site; just cut and paste the following in the FTC search engine: 16 C.F.R. § 435.1 The rule.
